GROUP HOUSING

The Calf-Tel Mammoth is the largest calf housing unit we have ever made.

In the world of animal husbandry, the future is built on the strength of our calves. At Calf-Tel, we think big and have designed mammooth with the success of the farmer and the herd in mind.

With a generous area of 10 square meters, it offers excellent ventilation, and a high-molecular-weight polyethylene structure ensures superior strength and durability.

Features & Benefits

L-shaped connecting pin

The side panels are easily connected by a simple L-shaped hinge pin.

ThruTube construction technology

Our ThruTube construction method leverages the combined strength of two tubes joined in a single integrated system, maximizing material strength through a cantilevered mechanical connection, combined with welding for even greater strength.
The result is unparalleled structural rigidity, capable of withstanding the daily stresses of intensive use.

Facilitated entry for the breeder

Front swing gate, available as an option, to allow the farmer quick and convenient access to calves.

Universal box joint element

Easy to install, this component allows universal connection between different boxes.

Inside-Out Hot Galvanizing

An advanced method of protecting steel from corrosion, ensuring a long service life both inside and outside the pipes.

Perzonalizable front options

Available with standard inclined front or V-Trainer front, depending on the needs of the farm.

Reinforced plastic feeders

Plastic 16-gallon feeders, virtually indestructible.

ThruTube Extension Joint

It reinforces the structure at the joints, making it customizable to your needs. With the extension joint you can add as many panels as you want, while still maintaining the rigidity and stability of the connection.

Side panel options

Available with standard side panel or with a trough-ready panel that allows installation of the Hampel reinforced plastic feeder.

Head lock accessory

Optional accessory that allows safe locking of the calf’s head during handling operations.
